Back in Oz now

Well everyone, I'm now back in Australia, staying at my parents house for a couple of weeks. Its really great to be back, but I do miss Zimbabwe and all my new family over there! And the puppies, I really miss my 'scoo-boy the rude-boy' hehe
I had a great time (except for the sick part) and saw some awesome sights! Its a beautiful place and I'll definately be going back.
Looking forward to catching up with everyone here in Oz, and cant wait till Joey comes back in a couple of weeks :) (I left early as I was sick).
Talk soon xoxo

Lion Cheetah Park and Snakeworld

We went to Lion Cheetah Park and Snakeworld in Harare, the morning of my flight. It was very nice. Joseph and I especially liked the Cobras!

Mutare - on way to Harare

On the way to Harare, for my flight back home to Oz, we took the long way and went via Mutare to visit Joe's great aunt and grandma. It was great to meet them, they were very nice :)
We also stopped for a visit at David's boarding school Peterhouse, he's in his sports uniform as we came on the weekend.

Week 11

This week unfortunately I got very sick, actually I first got sick up in Harare, I still don't know if it was gastro or malaria - apparently they have similar symptoms. So this week I've been on malaria tablets all week - NOT very nice, they make you not be able to hear, feel sick and unable to eat. Anyways, the week finally ended and when I finished taking the tablets I felt much better the next day! (These pics are all taken the next day hehe)

I also had another emergency trip to the hospital at night during that week, I had an allergic reaction (maybe my tablets combined with pasta sauce, not really sure) but it was pretty scary, needed to have a drip and everything. But it all worked out well, thanks to the doctor, Joseph, his mum and Tapiwa (Taps sang baa baa black sheep with me while i was having the drip put in - I'm sure everyone knows how much i hate needles!!!)

Week 10 - harare

On the way to take David back to Peterhouse school, we went via Mutare where we stopped for lunch at Nandos - very yummy! We also went past the 'Sydney Harbour Bridge' hehe Just a smaller version.

Our first morning at Harare we went to visit Joe's cousins, Precious and S nut, and also P's new 8 month old baby girl, Chantelle. She fell asleep on me, hehe, very cute!
