Singapore day 2

This morning we had breaky at McDonalds (inside Funan's) and then caught a taxi to Chinatown via Delta House Wholesaling - beautiful jewellery.
We stumbled across the MRT (train station) and jumped on to go to Little India. Very hot and very smelly when you first get off the train, but you get used to it.
Have taken lots of pics and will hopefully put some of them on this page before we leave for Zim.
We're on our way to the Mustafa centre to do some shopping.... not that we've got much money to spend or room in our suitcases!!!
We just passed the Temple in little india - very beautiful!! We went inside for a look, also very beautiful :)

Singapore first day

Our flight to Singapore was great! We left Melbourne at 11.20am and arrived in Singapore at 4pm their time. On the flight they have movies on demand, so you can watch what you want when you want. I watched 2 episodes of Project Runway, 'The Prestige' movie and my favourite James Bond movie 'The Living Daylights'.
When we got to Singapore we caught a taxi to our hotel, the Grand Plaza - its beautiful! We went downstairs and had a jacuzzi. We've eaten dinner at Funan's foodcourt (IT mall) it was very nice! I had chicken curry noodles - very spicy!!!

Warrnambool

This week has been great! Came home to W'bool last Thursday on the coach to hang out with mum and dad before I head off for my journey overseas.
As you can see from the photos below, alot of it has revolved around eating my favourite foods!!! hehe, mum thought she'd better feed me up before we go :)
I've also given mum jewellery lessons and she's made some beautiful earrings and a necklace.
This morning we all went for a drive in the Chev (I drove!!!) didn't stall it once - very impressive.
Been to the beach a couple of times, also had a couple of spa's and had some REALLY hot weather - 43 degrees celcius one day - HOT!
